Spent a fantastic week and made some unforgettable memories in Melbourne, Australia for the 2023 Quad Summit.
We went to the Governor’s house for dinner, saw koalas and kangaroos in the wildlife sanctuary, attended a First Nations themed symphony orchestra, and an AFL game at the Melbourne Cricket Grounds.
The week was jam-packed with many talks and workshops centered around science, impact, collaboration, and policy by the likes of Ambassador Caroline Kennedy, Lynette Wood, Nobel Laureate Brian Schmidt, The Hon. Lisa Singh, Professor Madhu Bhaskaran FTSE, Natalie Chapman, Sophia Hamblin Wang, Lucinda Longcroft, Sharath Sriram, Brett Sutton, … the list is too long to mention here and it is full of awesome people.
My favorite parts were the friends I made. I look forward to meeting you guys again.
